3.—(1) The following provisions of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 come into force on 31st October 2016.
(2) In Part 4 (other benefit changes)—
(a)Article 70(1) and (2);
(b)Article 71;
(c)Article 72(1) and (2), for remaining purposes;
(d)Articles 73 and 74.
(3) In Part 8 (repeals), Part 6 of Schedule 12.
