Consequential amendment to the Police Service of Northern Ireland and Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006

2. After paragraph 7(3)(c) of Schedule 3 to the Police Service of Northern Ireland and Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006(1), insert—
“(d)any employment and support allowance to which an individual is entitled under section 1(2)(a) or 1B of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007(2).”.

2007 c.2. (N.I.) Section 1(2)(a) was amended by Part 1 of Schedule 12 to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015. Section 1B was inserted by Article 58(1) of that Order.
