Amendment of Schedule 1B

10. In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1B(1) (notifiable events)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)—
(i)in head (a) for “time, or” substitute “time;”;
(ii)in head (b) for “effect.” substitute “effect;”;
(iii)after head (b) add—
“(c)a deferred debt arrangement taking effect, or;
(d)any event which terminates a deferred debt arrangement in accordance with regulation 6F(6).”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (2) for “the making of the decision” substitute “the trustees or managers of the scheme make the decision or become aware of the event”.
