5.—(1) The Aquatic Animal Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 19(8)(b)(i) and 19(9)(a), after “from” insert “Northern Ireland, zone or compartment or”.
(3) In regulation 25—
(i)in paragraph (1), after “outside” insert “Northern Ireland or”;
(ii)in paragraph (2), after “such animal into” insert “Northern Ireland or”;
(4) In regulation 56(2) omit “Directive 2006/88,”.
