Provisions coming into operation on 1st February 2022
2. 1st February 2022 is the appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016-
(a)section 3(1) (Schedule 1: amendments consequential on sections 1 and 2);
(b)section 5 (prohibition of use of tobacco or nicotine products in a private vehicle) insofar as not already in operation;
(c)schedule 1;
(d)Part 2 of Schedule 2 and section 19 to the extent that it repeals the provisions in the Tobacco Retailers Act (Northern Ireland) 2014(1).
