3.—(1) Notwithstanding the modifications of provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1) which are brought into force by this Order, anything done under or by virtue of those provisions before 19th December 2001 shall continue to have effect for the purposes of any decision of the Scottish Ministers under section 12(7) of that Act.
(2) Without prejudice to paragraph (1) above, anything done or having effect as if done before 19th December 2001 for the purposes of the provisions referred to in that paragraph shall be treated as if it had been done for the purposes of section 66 of or, as the case may be, Schedule 9 to, the Act.
(3) Paragraphs (1) and (2) above are without prejudice to paragraph 13 of Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Publication and Interpretation etc. of Acts of the Scottish Parliament) Order 1991(2).
