Amendment of the principal Order
2. In schedule 2 to the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2001(1)–
(a)in the entries relating to sections 81 and 82 of the Act, in the third column in each case add “For all purposes other than bringing into force this provision insofar as it relates to the managers of an authorised establishment.”; and
(b)in the entry relating to schedule 6 to the Act, in the third column for “section 5(2)” substitute “sections 5(2) and 94”.
