2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into force of–
(a)section 4(a) and (b);
(b)section 17, insofar as it relates to the provisions in schedule 4 specified in paragraph (c); and
(c)paragraphs 2, 4(a) and (b), 6, 10, 13, 17(b)(i) and (ii) of schedule 4,
of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is 31st May 2003.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into force of–
(a)sections 15 and 16;
(b)section 17 insofar as it relates to the provisions in schedule 4 specified in paragraph (c); and
(c)paragraph 17(c)(ii) of Schedule 4,
of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is 1st June 2003.
