Devolved public bodies

2.—(1) The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 shall be amended in accordance with the provisions in paragraph (2).

(2) In schedule 3(1), insert at the appropriate place–

(i) “Risk Management Authority”;

(ii) “Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care”; and

(iii) “Scottish Social Services Council”.
