3.—(1) The sections of the Act specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order shall, subject to the provisions of paragraph (3), come into force on 8th February 2006.
(2) The sections of the Act specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 3rd April 2006.
(3) The provisions of section 15(10) of the Act shall come into force only for the purpose of enabling the Scottish Ministers to prescribe conditions as “standard conditions” for the purpose of section 12AA of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993(1).
1993 c. 9. Section 12AA will be inserted by section 15(10) of the Management of Offenders, etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
