2.—(1) In rule 42.9 (form of account of expenses) of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994(1) delete “and shall be taxed as if the whole work in the cause had been carried out by one solicitor”.
(2) This paragraph shall not affect taxation in respect of work done, or outlays incurred, before 1st April 2008.
The Rules of the Court of Session 1994 are contained in Schedule 2 to the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994), S.I. 1994/1443, last amended by S.S.I. 2007/548.
