Time limit on validity of notices to treat
30. Section 78 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991(1) (which provides for notices to treat to be subject to a time limit) shall apply in relation to a notice to treat served under section 17 of the 1845 Lands Act (requirement for notice to treat) as incorporated with this Order.
