2. 12th October 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)the following provisions of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007—
(i)section 8(3)(d);
(ii)section 19(3);
(iii)section 71;
(iv)section 81(2); and
(b)section 108 of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (amendment of Part 5 of Police Act 1997(1))—
(i)subsection (1), but only in relation to subsection (4); and
(ii)subsection (4).
