5. Article 4 of each of the following orders is revoked with effect from 31st January 2011:—
(a)the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 3, Savings and Transitionals) Order 2008(1);
(b)the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 4, Savings and Transitionals) Order 2009(2); and
(c)the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional) Order 2009(3).
