Transitional provisions
4. Section 3A of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967(1) (contravention of regulated fishery orders: presumption) does not apply to proceedings against a person where the offence under section 3(3) of that Act was committed prior to 16th September 2013.
