2.—(1) 1st April 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 specified in paragraph (2).
(2) The provisions are—
(a)section 85 (Tenement management scheme), insofar as not already in force;
(b)section 87 (Work notices);
(c)section 88 (Maintenance plans);
(d)section 90 (Non-residential premises: repayment charges);
(e)section 91 (Repayment charges: recovery of repayable amount); and
(f)section 92 (Charging orders).
