The Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 (Commencement No. 4 and Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2015

Appointed day

3.  1st April 2015 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 6(2) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 so far as relating to the following repeals in the Environment Act 1995(1)—

(a) section 111(6);

(b) section 113(5), in the definition of “local enforcing authority”, paragraph (d) and the “or” preceding it;

(c) in section 114(2)(a)(iii), “15, 22(5),”;

(d) in paragraph 4(3)(b) of Schedule 20, “22(5),”; and

(e) paragraphs 45 to 61 of Schedule 22.
