2. For regulation 32(1)(b) of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012(1) substitute—
“(b)Directive 2009/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on Stage II petrol vapour recovery during refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations(2), as last amended by Commission Directive 2014/99/EU(3).”.
