5. In section 12(2) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951(1) (apprehension of offenders), both occurrences of “, constable” are omitted.

1951 c.26 (14 & 15 Geo 6). Section 12 was partially repealed by the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 15) schedule 4 Part 2 (see also section 71(3) and (4)) and. S.I. 2006/2913 schedule 4 Part 2 (see also article 1(3)).
