Amendment of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994

2.—(1) Chapter 10 (court sittings) of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

(2) In rule 10.3 (holiday dates, periods and vacation sitting days), in the definition of “public holiday”, in the column of the Table labelled “2020”—

(a) for “Monday 4th May 2020” substitute “Friday 8th May 2020”;

(b) for “Monday 14th September 2020” substitute “Monday 21st September 2020”.

(3) In rule 10.3—

(a) in the definition of “public holiday”, for the Table substitute the Table in schedule 1;

(b) in the definition of “vacation”, for the Table substitute the Table in schedule 2;

(c) in the definition of “vacation sitting day”, for the Table substitute the Table in schedule 3.

The Rules of the Court of Session 1994 are in schedule 2 of the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994) 1994 (S.I. 1994/1443, last amended by S.S.I. 2019/147). Chapter 10 was substituted by S.S.I. 2017/414.
