Section 3G is inserted into the 1997 Act by section 3 of the Act.

Sections 16B, 16C and 16D are inserted into the 1997 Act by section 7(6) of the Act and sections 18, 19 and 20A of the 1997 Act are amended by section 7(8), (9) and (13) of the Act.
Section 21 is amended by section 11 of the Act.
Schedule 19 is inserted into the 1997 Act by section 14(7) of the Act.
