Saving provision – term of membership of Parole Board
3. The amendment of paragraph 2A of schedule 2 of the 1993 Act(1) made by section 43 of the 2019 Act has no effect in relation to a member of the Parole Board appointed before the appointed day.

Paragraph 2A was inserted into schedule 2 of the 1993 Act by section 5(3) of the Convention Rights (Compliance) (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 7).
