6. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Beet Seed (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2010(1), in the definition of—
(a)“the 2001 Deliberate Release Directive”, for “Directive (EU) 2015/412” substitute “Regulation (EU) 2019/1381(2)”,
(b)“Equivalence Decision”, for “2018/1674” substitute “2020/1544(3)”,
(c)“the Food and Feed Regulation”, at the end insert “, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/1381(4)”.
