7.—(1) Schedule 5 (level 4 restrictions) is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In paragraph 11(1)(ca) (restriction on public gatherings indoors), omit the words from “and” to the end.
(3) In paragraph 12(1)(1) (restriction on public gatherings outdoors)—
(a)in head (a)—
(i)for “6” where it first appears substitute “four”,
(ii)for “6” where it second appears substitute “two”,
(b)after head (a), insert—
“(b)consists of no more than four persons from no more than four households who are all under 18 years of age, where at least one person in the gathering has attained 12 years of age,”.
(c)in head (ea), omit the words from “and” to the end
(4) In paragraph 13(1)(2) (restriction on gatherings in private dwellings)—
(a)in head (a)—
(i)for “6” where it first appears substitute “four”,
(ii)for “6” where it second appears substitute “two”,
(b)for head (b) substitute—
“(b)takes place outdoors and—
(i)consists of no more than four persons from no more than four households, who are all under 18 years of age, where at least one person in the gathering has attained 12 years of age, or
(ii)all the persons in the gathering are under 12 years of age,”,
(c)in head (da), omit the words from “and” to the end.
