2. 30 June 2023 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—
(a)section 1 (requirement to produce plan),
(b)section 2 (preparation of plan: principles),
(c)section 4 (preparation of plan: consultation),
(d)section 5 (preparation of plan: consideration of international instruments),
(e)section 9 (publication of documents: inclusive communications).
