Amendment of Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Court Sittings) 2022
3.—(1) The Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session 1994 Amendment) (Court Sittings) 2022(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In schedule 3, in the column of the Table labelled “2024”—
(a)for “Wednesday 23rd December 2024” substitute “Monday 23rd December 2024”;
(b)for “Wednesday 30th December 2024” substitute “Monday 30th December 2024”.
