The Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024, Section 1 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Disability Assistance for Older People (Scotland) Regulations 2024.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 21 October 2024.
(3) Regulation 53 and Part 5 of the schedule come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
