2. In Part 3 of schedule 19 of the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: relevant Scottish authorities)(1)—
(a)under the heading “Other bodies and offices added on 6th April 2011”, omit—
(i)“A chief officer of a community justice authority.”,
(ii)“A community justice authority.”(2),
(b)at the end insert—
Part 3 of schedule 19 has been amended by S.S.I. 2011/233, S.S.I. 2012/55, S.S.I. 2013/170, S.S.I. 2013/602, S.S.I. 2015/83, S.S.I. 2018/214, S.S.I. 2020/313, S.S.I. 2020/401 and S.S.I. 2021/471.
Community justice authorities were dissolved by section 36(1) of the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 10).
Community Justice Scotland was established by section 3 of the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 10).
The Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland was established by section 1 of the Patient Safety Commissioner for Scotland Act 2023 (asp 6).
