There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2024, Paragraph 19.
19In section 13 (interim dean), in subsection (1), after “the period concerned” insert “(and the reference to a residentiary canon does not, accordingly, include a reference to a lay residentiary canon)”.
