4. Sale of land directed to be inclosed. Meeting to consent to sale.
5. Meeting of persons interested to determine appropriation of surplus.
6. Resolutions at such meeting to be confirmed by commissioners.

15. Report to be sent to the commissioners within one month from allotment being staked out. Possession not to be given without an order of the commissioners.
