[F1(1)In this Act except where the context otherwise requires—

[F3“contracted-out employment” and “contracting-out certificate” shall be construed in accordance with section 30 of the Pensions Act and references to a contracted-out scheme and to contracting-out shall be construed in accordance with section 32 of that Act;]
