(1)Subject to the following provisions of this section, there shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—
(a)all expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or any other Minister of the Crown or any government department in consequence of the provisions of this Act;

(c)any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.

(5)There shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund any sums received by a Minister of the Crown by virtue of this Act, except sums which are expressly required to be paid into F3... the Redundancy Fund or the National Insurance Fund.
(6)As respects any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the expenses which under [F4section 163(2)(a) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992] are to be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament, subsection (1)(c) above is without prejudice to the provision made by [F5section 165(5) of that Act] for reimbursement out of the National Insurance Fund.
