143 Prohibition on persons other than solicitors receiving remuneration for business done in county courts.E+W

[F1(1)No person other than —

(a)a legal representative; or

(b)a person exercising a right of audience or a right to conduct litigation by virtue of an order made under section 11 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (representation in county courts),

shall be entitled to have or recover any fee or reward for acting on behalf of a party in proceedings in [F2the county court] .]
