1E+W+SIn section 2(2), after the words “section 4 below” there shall be inserted the words “ and any regulations made or having effect as if made under section 12 of the M1Fire Precautions Act 1971” ”.

“(3)The exemptions mentioned in section 5(3) above also have effect in relation to any film exhibition to which this section applies.”
