30E+WSection 83 of the 1974 Act shall apply in relation to proceedings which have been brought with respect to a recognised body for any of the following purposes, namely—
(a)for the winding-up of the body;
[F1(b)for the appointment of an administrative receiver within the meaning of section 251 of the Insolvency Act 1986; or]
(c)for the [F2appointment of an administrator under Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986],
as it applies in relation to proceedings in bankruptcy which have been taken against a solicitor.
