29E+W+SIn section 28 of the M1Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (acquisition of rights over land by the creation of new rights), paragraph (a) shall be omitted and after paragraph (f) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(g)paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Gas Act 1986.”
