30E+W+SIn section 80(3) of the M1Building Act 1984 (notice to local authority of intended demolition), for paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(b)any public gas supplier (as defined in Part I of the Gas Act 1986) in whose authorised area (as so defined) the building is situated,”.
