[F112U.K.In section 3(1) (building society law) of the M1Home Purchase Assistance and Housing Corporation Guarantee Act 1978, after “determining” there shall be added the word “ (a) ” and at the end of that subsection there shall be added the words—
“(b)the classification of the advance, or any such further advance, for the purposes of Part III of the Building Societies Act 1986.”.]
