There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, Paragraph 47.
47E+WIn section 98(4) of the [F1Senior Courts Act 1981] (appointment by certain senior judges of a legally qualified secretary) for the words “barrister or solicitor" there shall be substituted “ person who has a general qualification (within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990)" ”.
