There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, Paragraph 35.
35U.K.In section 16(2)(a) of that Act (application of Part II)—
(a)for sub-paragraph (iii) there shall be substituted—
“(iii)Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (v), for the words “section 47 of the M1Child Care Act 1980" there shall be substituted “ paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the M2Children Act 1989" ”.
