There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 29.
29E+W+SIn section 65 of that Act (powers and duties of highway authorities as to placing of traffic signs) after subsection (1) there shall be inserted—
“(1A)The power to give general directions under subsection (1) above includes power to require equipment used in connection with traffic signs to be of a type approved in accordance with the directions.”
