There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 49.
49E+W+SIn section 31 of that Act (regulation of cycle racing on public ways) for subsection (6) there shall be substituted—
“(6)In this section “public way” means, in England and Wales, a highway, and in Scotland, a public road but does not include a footpath.”
