There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Water Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1991, Paragraph 12.
12E+WCommissioners of Sewers in existence immediately before commencement—
(a)shall continue (subject to any scheme under section 3 of the M1Land Drainage Act 1991 or to any other scheme under that Act affecting their powers) to have the powers then exercisable by them or, in so far as those powers were exercisable under an enactment repealed by this Act, the corresponding powers under the Land Drainage Act 1991; and
(b)shall have those powers subject to the same conditions, restrictions and qualifications or, in so far as the enactments imposing those conditions, restrictions or qualifications are repealed by this Act, the corresponding conditions, restrictions and qualifications in the Land Drainage Act 1991.
