Drug Trafficking Act 1994, Section 67 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)The enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(2)Paragraph 9 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal M1 Justice (Confiscation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 (which amends section 29(1) of the Criminal M2 Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990) is hereby revoked.
