Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994, Section 81 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 06 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)The enactments mentioned in Schedule 17 to this Act (which include enactments which are spent) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(2)The extent of any repeal in that Schedule of an enactment is the same as that of the enactment repealed.
