Whole provisions yet to be inserted into this Act (including any effects on those provisions):
(1)Schedules 13 and 14 to this Act shall have effect.
(2)This section, those Schedules [F2as they apply to England and Wales], and the 1990 Act shall have effect as if this section and those Schedules [F2(as so applying)] were included in Part III of that Act.
[F3(3)This section, those Schedules as they apply to Scotland, and the 1972 Act shall have effect as if this section and those Schedules (as so applying) were included in Part III of that Act.]
(4)Section 105 of the 1990 Act [F4and section 251A of the 1972 Act] shall cease to have effect.
(5)Without prejudice to the generality of sections 59 to 61 of the 1990 Act [F4or, as the case may be, section 21 of the 1972 Act], a development order may make, in relation to any planning permission which is granted by a development order for minerals development, provision similar to any provision made by Schedule 13 or 14 to this Act.
(6)In this section and those Schedules—
[F5“the 1972 Act” means the M1Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972;]
“the 1990 Act” means the M2Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
“the 1991 Act” means the M3Planning and Compensation Act 1991; and
“minerals development” means development consisting of the winning and working of minerals, or involving the depositing of mineral waste.]
