Gas Act 1995, Paragraph 33 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 07 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
33(1)In subsection (2) of section 33 of the 1986 Act (power of Council to investigate other matters), for the words “public gas suppliers” there shall be substituted the words “ gas suppliers ”.E+W+S
(2)In subsection (3) of that section, the words “but nothing in this subsection shall require the Council to send any such copy to the Director” shall cease to have effect.
(3)After that subsection there shall be inserted the following subsection—
“(4)References in this section to gas suppliers include references to persons supplying gas which they are authorised to supply by paragraph 1 of Schedule 2A to this Act.”
