(i)after paragraph (a) there is inserted—
“(aa)Special Health Boards”,
(ii)after paragraph (k) there is inserted—
“(ka)Primary Care Trusts established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977”,
(iii)paragraphs (d) and (j) are omitted,
(b)in subsection (3), paragraph (a) and the word “and” following it are omitted.
