Care Standards Act 2000, Section 75A is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 10 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)The Commissioner may consider, and make representations to the [F2Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales or the Counsel General to the Welsh Assembly Government] about, any matter affecting the rights or welfare of children in Wales.
(2)The function of the Commissioner under subsection (1) is exercisable only where he does not have power to consider and make representations about the matter in question by virtue of any other provision of this Act or any other enactment.]
