8U.K.Nothing in this Schedule is to be construed as prejudicing the ability of a Minister of the Crown or the Treasury, apart from the powers conferred on him or them by or under this Act or any other enactment—
(a)to acquire or dispose of securities of a company other than the transferee company; or
(b)to act through nominees for the purpose.
